Obituary
Mr. Billy Joe Bell 66, of Shallotte, NC gave the Lord his hand and crossed over Jordan on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Columbus Regional Healthcare System, Whiteville, NC. He was the son of Mrs. Frances Irene Bland Bell and the late Mr. James Arthur Bell of Shallotte, NC.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 2:00pm from Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 587 Bricklanding Road, Shallotte, NC.
He is survived by one daughter: Ms. Sharika January of Lake Charles, LA, mother: Mrs. Frances Irene Bland Bell of Shallotte, NC, four sisters: Lizzie "Alnita" Bell, Sarah Lene Bell, Loraine "Fats" Bell, Jeannie Mae Bell, two brothers: James Bell and Ernest Bell all of Shallotte, NC, two grandchildren, two god-daughters: Catina Rogers and Dwinelen Smith, and a host of family and friends.
A viewing will be from 1 to 2pm at the church on Thursday.
A facial covering is required at the viewing and service.
