Mr. William Carter

Mr. William Carter (Billy Picket) 81, of Wilmington, NC exchanged this life for a home in glory on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at his residence. He was the son of the late Mr. Hezekiah Nixon and Mrs. Grace Picket Carter.

A Homegoing Celebration of Life Service will be conducted on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 2:00 PM from First Baptist Church Scotts Hill, 8800 Market Street, Wilmington, NC with Rev. George Murray eulogizing.

Viewing will be from 1 to 2 PM at the church.

Mr. Carter is survived by Mrs. Ophelia Jones: cousin and special caregiver, and a host of relatives and friends.

A facial covering is requested at the viewing and service.
