Mrs. Mamie Powers Obituary

Mrs. Mamie Jackson Powers 79, of Whiteville NC gently answered the call of her Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Columbus Regional Healthcare System. She was the daughter of the late Mr Willie Jackson and Mrs. Louise Patrick, Jackson and wife of the late Mr. Maulton Powers, Sr of Whiteville NC.

Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 11:00 am from Campground Cemetery, Whiteville NC with Pastor Elder Ricky McLean bringing words of comfort.

A walk through viewing will be held on Friday, February 12, 2021 from 2 to 4 pm in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel.

A facial covering is required for walk through viewing and graveside services.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son: Mr. Maulton Powers Jr, (Jocelyn) of Oak Ridge, NJ, daughter Louise Elaine Powers of Wilmington, NC, one sister Mrs. Mary Virginia Jackson-Smith of Newark, NJ, a host of

grandchildren, relatives and friends.
