Mrs. Sandra (McNeill) Carrell

Mrs. Sandra McNeill Carrell 84, of Whiteville, NC passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Duke University Hospital, Durham, NC.

She was the daughter of the late Mr. Perry Evander McNeil and Mrs. Annie McCant McNeil of Whiteville, NC.

Mrs. Carrell was a Retired Elementary Educator in The Whiteville City Schools System in Whiteville, North Carolina.

A Private Graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at 3:00 pm from Cutler Cemetery, Lake Waccamaw, NC for Immediate Family only. With Dr. David Flowers, Sr. giving words of comfort.
A viewing will be held on Friday, April 17, 2020 from 6 to 7 pm at Smith Funeral Home Chapel.

A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date for public. 

Facial masks are required during viewing and during service.

She was the wife of the late Mr. Hubert D. Carrell. She is survived by her children: three sons: Mr. Anthony D. Carrell, Mr. Ahmad K. Carrell, and Mr. Aziz K. Carrell; one daughter: Mrs. Michelle L. Chavis. One sister: Mrs. Mattie L. Barnes, and a host of family and friends.
