Mrs. Sheila (Foy) Gause

Mrs. Sheila Foy Gause 58, of Wilmington, NC gave the Lord her hand and entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at her residence. She was the wife of Mr. Anthony Gause and daughter of the late Mr. Freddie Foy and Mrs. Sarah Lee Gray Foy of Wilmington, NC. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted on Monday, June 26, 2023, at 1:00pm from Old Scotts Hill AME Church, 10720 Hwy 17 North, Wilmington,  NC 28411. Burial will follow in Pollock Cemetery, Hwy 17 South, Wilmington, NC.

Mrs. Gause is survived by her husband: Mr. Anthony Gause, three sons: Jarmell Foy, Jackie Foy, and Justin Foy, two grandchildren: Sara and Kaylani Foy, brothers: Fredrick Foy, Don Eugene Nixon, Victor Nixon, and Sam Green, sister: Peggy Lockett,  step daughter: Tonesha Gause, step sons: Elijah Gause, Mark Evans, and Anthony Gause, Jr., two step grandchildren,  and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and loving friends. 

A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service on Monday. 

Friends may visit the family at the home of Fredrick and Angela Foy, 608 Ann Street, Wilmington, NC.
